IMPORTANT TO NOTE

• MUD HAPPENS! Tours go out rain or shine, so we recommend checking the weather and bringing a change of clothes in case conditions are wet, muddy, or dusty.
• Minimum age is 10 years old.
• Closed-toe shoes required.
• Height & weight requirements per ebike manufacturer guidelines:
• Height: between 4’6” – 6’5” (1.4m – 2m)
• Weight: between 85 – 250 pounds (38kg – 114kg)
• One rider per bike. Helmets are provided.
• For your safety and the well-being of others, all riders must know how to competently ride a mountain bike to participate in our bike tours. We conduct a safety briefing and test ride before each tour. If you are unable to demonstrate ability to safely ride, you may be cancelled and offered a replacement tour subject to availability. No refund will be offered.
• Basic safety standards that our tour guides look for: Ability to steer and handle varied terrain (turning and cornering without going off trail/track), shift gears (down shift, up shift, control while shifting and riding), brake (controlled use of both brakes, no skidding, no sudden braking), and overall control (balance, control of pedals, trail debris avoidance, pace) etc.
• Guests with back problems or other health concerns and expecting mothers are not advised to participate in this tour.
• 3-hour tour time includes training and safety briefing.
